For property owners

Submitting an enquiry is free and creates no obligation to buy. You authorise us to use your project and contact details to handle your enquiry and, with your agreement, share them with up to three relevant independent contractors.

We cannot promise a match, a particular response time, three quotations or a fixed project price. Tell us if you no longer want introductions by emailing quotes@ruralquotes.co.uk with your enquiry reference.

Your project contract

RuralQuotes is an introduction service. Contractors provide their own advice, assessments, quotations and contracts. Check experience, insurance, relevant accreditations, scope, exclusions, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms directly before agreeing any paid work. We do not supervise work or guarantee its outcome. These terms do not exclude your statutory rights.

For contractors

Registering interest is free and does not commit you to buying leads. We may offer a project summary and a fixed enquiry fee. The price, scope, sharing basis and any replacement or refund terms will be agreed before you accept and pay. Contact details are released only after the agreed payment arrangements are met and subject to the customer's permission.

Enquiries may be shared with up to three contractors in total and are not exclusive. A lead is an opportunity to discuss a project; it is not a guaranteed sale. We review project details for relevance but do not guarantee that the customer will proceed or that their information is complete.

Use customer details only for the requested project and meet your own data-protection responsibilities. Do not resell them or add the customer to unrelated marketing lists without an appropriate lawful basis. If a lead appears invalid or duplicated, contact us promptly with its reference; any remedy follows the terms agreed for that lead.
