RuralQuotes helps property owners find independent specialists for private water supplies, ground-source heating and off-mains drainage. We are starting in the East Midlands and building our contractor network.

What we do

You tell us about your project. We review your enquiry and look for contractors whose stated services and coverage fit your needs. With your agreement, we can share the enquiry with up to three relevant contractors so they can contact you directly.

We do not install equipment, design systems or manage your project. Availability varies and we cannot guarantee a match, three responses or a quotation.

How the service is funded

Enquiring is free for property owners. Contractors may pay an agreed fee to receive an enquiry. A paid introduction is not an endorsement, and you are under no obligation to appoint anyone. Your contract for any survey or work is directly with your chosen contractor.

Choosing a contractor

We use the project details you provide and information supplied by contractors to consider relevance. An introduction is not a guarantee of qualifications, insurance, accreditation or workmanship. Before appointing a contractor, ask for relevant experience, current insurance, any required accreditation, references and a written scope of work.

What happens after you enquire?

Your confirmation shows an enquiry reference. We review the request and, where suitable contractors are available, they may contact you to discuss it. A detailed quote may require a site survey. Agree any survey charges directly before booking. Keep your reference if you need to contact us.
